You are spending all your energy caring for your baby.

You deserve to have someone who is focused on caring for you.

You are struggling with fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety. Your body hurts, your lady parts are not healing as fast or as well as you expected. This is supposed to be one of the most wonderful times of your life. Why does it feel like everything is crashing down?

That’s where I come in.

You may feel like you are unsure how to get started with your healing journey. You may be thinking “will I ever stop being anxious?”, or “will this depression ever lift?”, or maybe you’re thinking “will my body ever feel like it did before giving birth?”.

It’s my dream that all postpartum mamas feel grounded, rejuvenated and healthy after giving birth. You may feel very far away from feeling like that at the moment but my goal is to get you there.

You are not alone, these are all common reasons mamas come to see me

  • Hormone imbalances

  • Breastfeeding troubles

  • Low milk supply

  • Organ prolapse

  • Digestive upset

  • Healing from birth trauma

  • Mastitis

  • Anxiety

  • Fatigue

  • Overwhelm

  • Depression

  • Urinary incontinence

  • Having trouble getting pregnant the second or third time.

Postpartum care for mom
I went to Dr. Potter feeling really overwhelmed and exhausted, struggling as a new mom (my baby was 8 months old). Dr. Potter has been WONDERFUL in helping me regain my energy and strength.

postpartum care for mom

Your wellness is my top priority

You have just gone through the most profound event of your life and you deserve the most care and support.

My dedication to postpartum mamas comes from my own health struggles after giving birth so I understand what you are going through. I also understand how hard it is to balance taking care of your newborn with taking care of your own health. I overcame my postpartum health problems and I want to help you do the same.

Putting together my knowledge of medicine, herbalism, nutrition and cultural traditions I help mothers put together a postpartum healing plan that helps them feel replenished after giving birth.
